1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhanaCash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

To use GhanaCash, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a resident of Ghana
  • Have a valid Mobile Money account (MTN, Vodafone, or AirtelTigo)
  • Have a WhatsApp number for communication

3. Service Description

GhanaCash is a reward platform where users can:

  • Complete simple digital tasks (likes, reviews, app downloads, surveys, etc.)
  • Earn reward points for completed tasks
  • Withdraw earned rewards to their Mobile Money account

Important: GhanaCash is a rewards platform, not an employment or guaranteed income service. Earnings depend on task availability and individual effort. We do not guarantee any specific amount of earnings.

4. User Responsibilities

As a GhanaCash user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Complete tasks honestly and according to instructions
  • Not create multiple accounts
  • Not use automated systems, bots, or fraudulent methods
  • Not resell or transfer your account
  • Comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws

5. Earnings and Withdrawals

Earning Rewards

Reward amounts vary by task type and availability. Points are credited after task verification.

Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amount is GHS 500.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to Mobile Money within same day of request, subject to verification.

Note: Earnings shown on the platform or in testimonials are examples and do not guarantee similar results. Individual results vary based on task availability and effort.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You create multiple accounts
  • You fail to complete tasks honestly

Terminated accounts forfeit any pending rewards. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to authorities.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted service
  • Specific amounts of earnings
  • Availability of tasks at any time

We are not liable for any losses arising from use of our Service, including but not limited to loss of earnings or data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, GhanaCash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
